Journalism gave me the skills to uncover a story. Copywriting taught me how words shape behaviour. Mentoring from a neuroscientist deepened my obsession with the brain, emotions, and the energetic power of language… words that can be felt.

For years I believed other people's stories about who I was or could be, until I realised I could rewrite my own story. So that's exactly what I did. Then I published it and went on to help other women write and publish their stories too.

I’m obsessed with helping women ignite their own inner revolution, because when a woman truly finds her voice, she changes what becomes possible for everyone around her.

Because writing isn't just a title I sprinkle on my socials. It's my fucking life.
